Totality — a San Francisco-based application infrastructure provider (AIP) and managed service provider (MSP) — announced today the addition of four customers to their managed services business.
The new customers will take advantage of Totality’s ManageWare, an outsourced operational environment designed to allow customers to benefit from predictable operating costs and superior site performance and reliability.
The ManageWare service includes 24×7 monitoring, availability management, performance management, and on-going problem diagnosis and resolution. Totality’s exisiting customers include Kmart’s Bluelight.com and American Airlines’ Web site and AA.com.
Totality’s new customers include the following:
- ezboard offers a Web-based application service that engages businesses and individuals to build, join and participate in customized and personalized online ommunities.
- iGeneration is a professional services organization that provides end-to-end Human Capital Performance Solutions designed to improve the performance and job outcomes of today’s IT organizations through customized interventions in the form of market development services, assessment, training, custom curriculum and certification.
- Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford is devoted to the care of children and expectant mothers, offering patients locally, regionally and nationally the full range of health care programs and services — from preventive and routine care to the diagnosis and treatment of serious illness and injury.
- Stanford Hospital & Clinics provides advanced medical and surgical care, particularly for the treatment of rare, complex disorders in areas such as cardiac care, cancer treatment, neurology, neurosurgery, obstetrics and organ transplants. As part of the Stanford University Medical Center, Stanford Hospital & Clinics has a close relationship with both the Stanford University School of Medicine, the oldest medical school in the Western United States, and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.
