up.

  • Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) realizes some return on its 46% stake in startup Drugstore.com. The online phramacy inks a deal with Yahoo to provide its services to the popular portal.
  • CMGI (NASDAQ:CMGI) acquires Web traffic analyzer I/PRO for undisclosed terms. The move adds another layer to CMGI’s own portfolio of firms as well as the new startup it invested $100 million in headed by NBC exec Neil Braun.

  • Mindspring (NASDAQ:MSPG) acquires the subscribers of ISP Internet Connection USA for undisclosed terms. Another in a long line of acquisitions as Mindspring rolls up the consumer ISP space.
