CyberCash (NASDAQ:CYCH) raises $5 million in a private placement to market its new InstaBuy Wallet, a service that lets buyers buy with a click. I’m wondering how long the tired money will stay with CYCH as it finances itself with these placements.
InfoSpace.com (NASDAQ:INSP) announces a 2-for-1 split after the market closes today. The stock has a “buy” rating on it from Banc Boston Robertson Stephens.
Beyond.com (NASDAQ:BYND) opens a software store on Compaq’s Web site per an agreement from March. The site offers 5,000 software titles. The future of software looks like downloaded titles from a series of software networks like Beyond and Digital River (NASDAQ:DRIV).
