The Mobile.Bidcraler.com site will allow for the availability of personalized auction information using WAP enabled wireless phones.
Using the keypad on their phones, users can enter search criteria and see the same results that they find by logging directly onto the BidCrawler.com site. Results can be viewed and optimized according to the phone’s screen size.
BidCrawler.com is utilizing ClickServices’ wireless communication’s infrastructure to extend its reach to wireless customers and offer its online auction search services to wireless phone users across multiple carrier networks. Later this year, the functionality will be available through any wireless device
In addition the company has recently announced the first phase of international expansion, which included Germany, UK and Canada. To better serve the international markets, ClickServices’ multi-lingual capabilities will also allow BidCrawler.com to offer its advanced Internet auction metasearch technology to users around the world in the future.
Bidpath Corporation has also entered into the international market by announcing a strategic alliance with GSNet, a global online network that facilitates B2B heavy equipment trading.
According to the terms of the agreement, Bidpath auctioneers are able to deliver used capital assets and vehicle listings to GSNet, a Trader.com company, bringing together buyers and sellers through its 242 publications and 47 Web sites worldwide.
