The eMarketing Solutions Program is a framework for sustaining mutually
beneficial industry alliances, Andromedia said. The program delivers
Andromedia’s products, training, technical support, sales assistance, and
marketing services so that partners can improve and expand their Internet
services.
San Francisco-based Andromedia’s ARIA Web analysis software captures, records
and analyzes data in real-time and reports on customer behavior that is
meaningful to an online business. LikeMinds Personalization Server engages
customers with product recommendations and personally relevant content that
helps them decide what to try and what to buy.
Separately, Andromedia announced its support of Spectra, Allaire’s Web platform that provides tools,
application servers and packaged systems for companies seeking to build
Internet-centric businesses that unite content, commerce and customer
interaction management.
